How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days for £3.95, or Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday at £5.95. Standard delivery is free on all orders over £150.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 28-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns can be processed easily through our online returns portal.

How do I know which size to order?

Our pieces are designed to be true to size. We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page, including specific measurements for bust, waist, and hips to help you find your perfect fit.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer express checkout via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options.
