Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ro&Zo pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
